The Confort electric double crêpe maker for professionals has been designed for intensive use. This is the perfect appliance for pancake professionals: crêperie, delicatessen or take-away service. It has two machined cast iron plates that allow you to spread the pancakes and fill them on a single appliance. The control knob, custom designed to be sturdier and less likely to pull-of, are labelled from 50 °C to 300 °C for precise temperature control.
The exclusive plate design features inset elements with ceramic beads to deliver excellent precision and even heat distribution.
Heavy duty, the cast iron griddle, machined is shockproof. The frame in between the two plates helps to reduce batter runoff and worktop splashing, making cleaning easier. The integral front band allows for snag-free cleaning.
Since 1949, Krampouz has designed and manufactured its crepe makers by combining very high-quality materials and technological processes exclusive to the brand.

Use and maintenance advice
Season the plate before first use to protect the traditional machined cast iron plate and give it its non-stick properties. See here for a step-by-step guide.
After each use, allow the plate to cool, then wipe clean. For heavy use, once a day, lightly rub the abrasive stone over the warm plate using a circular motion and finish by adding a layer of oil.

Precision cooking
A unique Krampouz process: coil heating elements are built into the cooking plate to ensure uniform heat distribution at the core of the cast iron. This allows for even heating and excellent cooking performance.
