The Confort round electric crepe maker for professional use is a reference on the market. Designed for heavy usage, it is the perfect appliance for crepe professionals: creperie, crepe caterer or crepe take-away. The unique plate design, in which the coiled heating elements are inserted deliver excellent precision and even heat distribution. The control knob, developed to be more robust and resistant to tearing, is graduated from 50 to 300°C allowing a precise temperature adjustment. Very resistant, the machined cast iron plate does not fear shocks. Its stainless steel rim protects the frame from paste drips for easy cleaning.
Since 1949, Krampouz has been designing and manufacturing its crepe makers by combining high quality materials and technological processes exclusive to the brand.

Use and maintenance advice
Season the plate before first use to protect the traditional machined cast iron plate and give it its non-stick properties. See here for a step-by-step guide.
After each use, allow the plate to cool, then wipe clean. For heavy use, once a day, lightly rub the abrasive stone over the warm plate using a circular motion and finish by adding a layer of oil.
