The Confort electric square crêpe maker for professionals is a market leader. Designed for heavy usage, it is the perfect appliance for pancake professionals: crêperie, delicatessen or take-away service.
The unique plate design, in which the coiled heating elements are inserted deliver excellent precision and even heat distribution. The control knob, developed to be more robust and resistant to tearing, is graduated from 50 to 300°C allowing a precise temperature adjustment. Very resistant, the machined cast iron plate does not fear shocks. Thanks to the square frame, batter runoff is reduced and work surface stay cleaner.

Use and maintenance advice
Season the plate before first use to protect the traditional machined cast iron plate and give it its non-stick properties. See here for a step-by-step guide.
After each use, allow the plate to cool, then wipe clean. For heavy use, once a day, lightly rub the abrasive stone over the warm plate using a circular motion and finish by adding a layer of oil.

Precision cooking
A unique Krampouz process: coil heating elements are built into the cooking plate to ensure uniform heat distribution at the core of the cast iron. This allows for even heating and excellent cooking performance.
Even heating
Thermal insulation of the element prevents heat loss and helps to evenly distribute the heat for high performance cooking.
Precise temperature control
The control knob is custom designed to be more robust and tear resistant. Thermostatic control delivers precise temperature control from 50 °C to 300 °C.
Easier to clean
The recess on the front of the frame protects the band and allows for snag-free cleaning. With the On/Off switch built into the control knob, cleaning the front takes less time.
