The spatula size you choose will depend on the diameter of your plate:
- ⌀ 35 cm: 39 cm or 40 cm spatula
- ⌀ 40 cm: 40 cm or 41 cm or 46 cm spatula
- ⌀ 48 cm: 50 cm or 52 cm spatula
Wash the stainless steel spatula in soapy water before using it for the first time, and then after each use.
