It is installed on a countertop or table before the crepe makers are set in position. Featuring an all-stainless steel design, it can be installed quickly to provide an ergonomic, well-organised and user-friendly work area.
Designed to meet the needs of pancake professionals, this working top features a built-in electric bain-marie with three GN 1/6 pans for keeping food warm. It also includes two GN 1/3 pans for storing pancake batter, three GN 1/6 pans for storing food, and a water tray for the pancake spreader.
