Ice Cream Cones
This recipe allows you to make approximately 50 ice cream cones, using the professional cone waffle maker.
Preparation of the batter
In a bowl, beat the whole eggs with oil or melted butter until bubbly. Add water, milk, sugar, and your chosen flavoring (e.g., vanilla or cinnamon).
Mix, then gradually incorporate the flour until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Cooking the Cones
Pour half a ladle of batter into the cone waffle maker and close immediately. Cook for 45 seconds to 1 minute at 210 °C.
Remove the waffle and quickly roll it into a cone using the cone molder. This must be done swiftly before the waffle hardens.
Place the cones on an ice cream cone holder.
